La Bella Baskets of Smiles Program Below is our recent single mom recipient that will be receiving our "beautiful woman" gift basket along with a poem.   Laura W. ( Howard Beach, NY ) I would like to nominate my good friend, Laura from Queens, NY. She is a MS warrior and single mom of an ADD son who's 9 yrs old. She had to quit her full time job in the city after her health got worse. She works from home as a successful business woman so that it would be easier on her health and easier in raising her son. She had to quit her full time job in the city after her health got worse. The commute became difficult, especially walking up and down the subway stairs. She is one of the strongest women I know and I believe she deserves to win. This month is her birthday as well.
